Black glutinous rice hidden at the bottom..

Mix them well..

And it is ready to be eaten!

A simple bowl of black glutinous rice dessert is enough to make me happy. 'Cos it is bought just for me. =) But I don't think I like Pulut Hitam ice-cream. Tried it once at Island Creamery (Serene Center) and it didn't taste that nice. Black glutinous rice has numerous health benefits. I think if you throw me in Thailand, I can practically eat this every other day. Haha..
