I rarely have fevers. The last time I had one was in the year 2004 - which is really damn long ago, isn't it? Lately, I have been telling myself that everything happens for a cause. Like my fever. Like incomplete families. Like similarities. And I know I have been ignoring all those signs - maybe reading too much into them isn't that good after all. So it's really up to me, I guess.

Maybe I am happy with what I have right now. You know what, I have to learn to accept imperfections 'cos I am not perfect too. I, too, have flaws and weaknesses, just like everyone else. Yes, I'm too hard to please. Yes, I know, no one is perfect. Yes, I hide.

I do know what I want at the end of the day, all I just need is a little more time to convince myself that everything will be all well, if I am to put in my 100% this time round. I'm just afraid, just afraid. I have become so skeptical about it, especially when it comes to flattery and sweet-talkers.
