Time : 12:06 AM Title : so far. work is getting rather tiring; yes busy and stressful. first week of the year and i OT for 3 days. and to add on to it was that i offered to help my colleague with his work 'cos he had some deadlines to meet and as a team that's what we should do the least. so this week should be my week to be 'cos i have 4 deadlines to meet by friday and none is complete. spent my entire sunday working on 1..
well, sometimes i will ask myself why i am working so hard. i like to slack as well. but too much of it isn't good. and well, getting more focused but still not there yet. just did my appraisal last sat, there were some delays which explained why it was only done last sat. as much as i do appear confident, i was trying all sorts of means to delay the appraisal thingy. don't know, don't really like to do this kinda thing where your boss will grade you and let you know where you are weak at as well as your strengths at the same time. but glad it is over. hee. things are getting more focused at work. just got to learn more..boss talked about sending me to night-classes (if i want) to improve on my technical side..well..since when am i so hardworking!! but then, i also want to get married and have a taste of marriage life where my priorities aren't just about work anymore. but not so early.. no money how to get married.. money hasn't been rolling in..bank account isn't showing any growth..haha..WHY?? just read my horoscope of the day: Wei Ling, A friend or acquaintance wants you to go with them on a big, expensive trip and you know you have other priorities at the moment. While it may be tempting to run off for a week or so, the hot energy in your career sectors cannot be ignored. haha! hmm..focus focus..hot energy leh.. anyway...... feeling slightly emo tonight so here it goes.. "sometimes i am glad that you are not with me anymore.." i guess it is the best outcome for everyone. |
